Miss universe scandal - With my own eyes, I just saw the hottest scandal one could ever lay eyes on today, bigger than the one featuring Carrie Prejean, the miss universe scandal.
The miss universe scandal is made up of several video clips starring the two Miss Universe beauties, Miss Japan and Miss Trinidad and Tobago, playing hide the one-eyed-monster with Wyatt Gallery, who is the latter's boyfriend. Miss Japan did not let us down with her Japanese bedroom noise and Miss Trinidad and Tobago is an animal too but they all look more like those Filipina girls looking for foreign lovers to me. I'm not kidding, you too would really think that the miss universe scandal is actually a Pinoy scandal had it not been for the title.
The controversy also hit the Donald Trump organization although none of these girls were crowned. Rumors of a Miss Universe staffer were pacified the miss universe scandal was taken several months after the Bahamas pageant and that no Miss Universe staff was involved in the making of such tape.
Right now, we have been informed that the aforementioned miss universe scandal reached both the Japanese and Trinidad and Tobago's mainstream media, that might be why a lot have been searching for miss universe scandal wanting to confirm the veracity of the video them selves as well as to watch the girls in their stunning performance. Want to get paid to drive your car? Get in line. Free Car Media is the latest craze for people seeking extra cash — and that’s 98 percent of the population.
It’s a fabulous idea. Free Car Media says people can get paid to drive cars that have large advertisements emblazoned on them. It makes total sense; advertisers are willing to pay a lot of money to get their names and images out there. But the secret is out. A lot of people are applying to get paid to drive through Free Car Media. So many that the site is crashing.
Why so much hype about getting paid to drive?
Free Car Media says on its home page that drivers could get paid up to $900 per month to have an advertisement affixed to their car. That’s a pretty hefty chunk of change and would probably prevent a lot of people from needing cash advances.
Also, I read a story at Matzav.com that says some advertisers actually give the driver the car, custom paint job or full-body advertising decal in place. MyFreeCar.com won’t necessarily hook you up with this type of deal, though. So why is it called MyFreeCar? Drew Livingston, president of Free Car Media, says:
“They don’t actually get a free car,” Livingston says. “But the monthly payment is generally enough to cover their auto expenses like car payment, gas, etc., for the month, so that’s where the name comes from.”
Beware of copycats
It doesn’t cost drivers to sign up for Free Car Media, and just as I suspected there are sites out there that advertise the same service for a fee. Livingston says:
“There are a lot of unscrupulous companies that want to charge you $20, $30 or more when you can get this information yourself for free. I get calls on a weekly basis from people who are upset because they were scammed,” he says. Livingston says that anyone who is directed to his site after paying a fee to another service should demand a refund.
The advertisers with Free Car Media at myfreecar.com generally pay $700 to $900 per month, which would, indeed, cover driving expenses and then some for most drivers.
Free Car Media marketing strategy
If the idea of getting paid to drive your car sounds like a hoax or a too-good-to-be-true kind of arrangement, it makes sense if you look at it from a marketing standpoint. From Matzav:
What does the company get out of this type of ad strategy? Lots of exposure. The auto wraps tend to be colorful and eye-catching and attract lots of attention. Plus, it’s a form of advertising with a captive audience, meaning people who are stuck in traffic and can’t avoid seeing the wrapped car alongside them.
So why isn’t everyone doing this? Well, they are trying. But Free Car Media can only help a certain number of people get paid to drive. Advertisers have the luxury of being picky, too. Matsav says:
The companies usually select drivers who live in desirable locations such as high-traffic, urban areas. A company’s ideal driver can vary depending upon the target demographic they want to reach.

Reports say the Zhu Zhu Pet Hamsters are reselling online for at least 300%. The Zhu Zhu Pet Hamsters are robotic. Parents tell AP this week that basically, if you find one in a store, buy it ASAP.
The hamster is from Cepia Inc. and retails at $9.99. And once you find the Zhu Zhu Pet Hamsters, then you aren’t done. You need the car, the carrier, all the accessories that add on. Parents say they have been shopping for the Zhu Zhu for over a month, returning to stores sometimes half a dozen times until they get it.

The storm will bring West Alabama some gusty winds up to 40 mph tonight through early Wednesday morning, and some possibly heavy rain. Int: Would you care to apologize to the millions who were appalled by your performance in the MWC semifinals?
EL: No. And you want to know why? Because that's the way I roll. (Looking into the camera) You want to try to score on the Lobos? Pack a lunch and grow a sack because you are going to have to come through me, and I'm going to be there all day. (Turn to the interviewer) You think all these lights and cameras are going to turn me into some repentant and whiny sack of tear-soaked, quivering blubber? Think again, Uncle Nimrod. This is who I am, and that video is what I do. You don't like it? Get over yourself.
Int: Are you really saying that you'll do that again if given the opportunity?
EL: Yes. That's exactly what I'm saying. I'm not fun to play against. If that scares the girls of the Mountain West Conference, that's too bad.
That's it. Take the microphone off and walk out. Done. Matt Lauer's win this morning on the Today Show was to make you cry. He wants to humanize you. Don't let that happen. Don't give him the satisfaction. Hold your inner bad-ass close and don't give her up for anyone - especially not a dithering boob like Lauer. He loves to take easy shots at people unsure of themselves in the media, so I hope you looked him in the eye and told him to get bent.
Lambert has a chance to carve a niche for herself in the American cultural landscape. Fame has been thrust upon her, and that can be uncomfortable. Battling through that discomfort is a challenge, but it can be lucrative and fun. She should embrace this opportunity and ride the wave as long as she can. Or at least be honest. Anyone who did what she did as many times as Lambert did it can't come out and say that it was a momentary lapse of judgment unless that moment lasted through damn near the whole game.
That noise Liz hears is opportunity knocking. To apologize would reveal her as normal. You don't make a name for yourself or any cash by being normal.
Be strong, Liz. You can teach all of us about how to use the media rather than be manipulated by it. If Oprah calls, tell her you're busy. If she can get Tom Cruise to jump up and down on a couch, she can reduce you to tears with a single critical glance.

Nearly 2,000 active duty and former Marines filled the Boston Convention and Exposition Center yesterday to join the Boston Semper Fidelis Society’s 22nd annual celebration of the Marine Corps birthday, and to honor fallen Bay State service members.
Among the special guests were Marine Corps Commandant Gen. James T. Conway and 12 Medal of Honor Recipients, including 100-year-old San Diego-based Pearl Harbor hero John Finn.
Red Sox [team stats] manager Terry Francona was also on hand to present Timothy B. Sullivan, a Department of Veterans’ Services employee, South Shore resident and retired U.S. Navy Commander, with the Society’s Ted Williams Globe and Anchor Award, one of the Marine Corps’ highest honors, presented each year to a non-Marine for his dedication and commitment to excellence.

Miss Hawaii USA 2010--November 9, yesterday, the Miss Hawaii USA 2010 and Miss Teen Hawaii 2010 was finally crowned at the Royal Hawaiian Theatre. The video clip below shows the finalists of the Miss Hawaii event in their mock interview.
The Miss Hawaii USA is also run by the Donald Trump Organization and the one who gets to be crowned Miss Hawaii 2010 and Miss Teen Hawaii 2010 will get the chance to represent Hawaii in the Miss America and Miss Teen America pageant next year.
The MIss Teen Hawaii 2010 title was bagged by Julianne Chu. As of press time, there is no information yet as to who bagged the Miss Hawaii 2010 crown.
Looking at the video above, I can't help but notice that they all look less Americans and more like Asians. Don't you agree?

I was in awe as I saw the Kat Williams mug shot circulating the Internet cause unlike the other mug shots I saw before, Katt Williams sport a smile on this one. Katt Williams mug shot is here for the world to see in case you haven't seen it on TV yet.
This Katt Williams mug shot was taken several minutes after he got caught in Georgia for trespassing and burglary. Williams was booked just outside Atlanta. Williams was in town to shoot a movie.
Katt Williams was arrested after a homeowner reported to authorities that Williams entered their home and stole jewelry. This happend on Sunday, Novemeber 8.
Katt Williams camp denied the allegation on their official statement given by his lawyer saying that Katt Williams was framed after he had a dispute with a worker who works at Cowerta Country.
Daniel Broach, the homeowner who reported the incident, told officials that a$3555 worth of jewelry and coins were stolen from his house and that Katt Williams used a crowbar to break-in.
Kat Williams is already free after posting bail but, the Katt Williams mug shot will haunt him should he either be proven guilty or innocent.

Motorola Droid tips is heavily googled recently. Motorola Droid tips will greatly help Motorola Droid users optimize the use of their new phone. Verizon released this weekend the Motorola Droid, which features the Google Android operating system. Since Motorola Droid is is not yet offered for sale where I am right now, I've just searched the Internet for Motorola Droid tips and came up with 10 essential tip.
Here are 10 tips to quickly navigate your new Motorola Droid.
1) Push the home button and a “quick launch” menu will pop-up. This will list your the most recent 6 applications used so you can access your apps quickly.
2) In Windows, you can mount your Droid as USB drive, press the notification menu, choose “USB Storage”, and then choose “Mount”. This will turn your phone into a USB drive for your computer, making it easy to share files between you Motorola Droid and your PC.
3) For GV, make sure that your contacts and pad dialing have such format: 1(555)555-1234. If you fail to include 1 or the area code on local calls, GV won’t work.
4) When using the onscreed keypad on your Motorola Droid, toggle them off by flicking them down from the top and simply tap the field again to get them to toggle back up.
5) Beware when using a pouch holster for your new Motorola Droid. If it contains magnetics, it may turn your Motorola Droid on “car mode.” This will, quicker than you think, eat the battery up.
6) To set an mp3 song as your ringtone, save the MP3 file on to your Motorola Droid. While the song is playing choose “menu” then “set as ring tone.” You have to repeat this process for every song that you wish to set as your ringtone. Set different ringtones for your contacts by going in to your address book and selecting a ringtone from the list you created.
7) One of the most useful Motorola Droid tips is the copy/paste function. Push on any text field, and the “edit text” menu will pop-up. choose “Copy and Paste” functions as desired.
8) Need a vibrator on your phone? Go to settings-sound display and check the phone vibrate box if your phone is toggling between complete silence and ringing.
9) Wanna save that picture on your browser? Save it to your Motorola Droid! Tap and hold the picture, and then choose “save”
10) You can add a shortcut to your favorite websites on your Motorola Droid's home screen. Bookmark the site, tap anywhere on the home screen and Push. The shortcut wizard will open up.
